Teambuilding - Five steps to a dream team!
Team work makes the dream work, as they say, and working in a team creates a sense of belonging, security, participation, and a more pleasant work environment. But what makes some teams more effective than others? Here are five tips on team building and ways of working to help you and your colleagues create a successful dream team and work better - together!
1. Set common goals and rules
A clear, attractive goal is inspiring and motivating for many of us. Start by setting the group's purpose and goals together. Having the whole team share the same vision and attitude towards work from the beginning makes it easier to collaborate. Also, create a set of clear rules that everyone can follow, such as "We should have fun," "We should give each other a lot of praise and feedback," and "We should always improve how we work together."
2. Benefit from each other
Everyone is different! Benefit from each other's knowledge and personalities. A successful team often consists of different individuals, where both personality and skills complement each other. Make sure to build your dream team with an "Implementer" who organizes, plans, and makes things happen, a "Strategist" who gathers information and makes plans based on analysis, an "Influencer" who is creative and sees opportunities, and a "Relationship Builder" who ensures that the whole team is positive, efficient, and on track. . Here you can read about how your team can make use of moodboards!

3. Have fun together!
A close-knit team is an engaged team! Doing things together and having fun outside of working hours gives you better opportunities to get to know each other. Create a real team spirit by doing something active together - preferably a team sport, cooperation exercise, or other fun team building activities.
4. Maximise the meeting culture
Don't let meetings just be about information - see them as a creative opportunity to move forward in your work. Vary between half-days for education, short decision-making meetings to move forward, quick standing meetings for alignment, active walk-and-talk meetings outdoors, and slightly longer conferences to both be creative and get to know each other better. Pure information can, for example, be conveyed with a weekly newsletter via email instead.
5. Reflect regularly
Results, both negative and positive, should be followed up on an ongoing basis to ensure that the team is working together in the best way possible. This strengthens learning within the team and makes improvement opportunities clearer. Ask each other questions such as "What worked well?" "What could have work better?" and the important question: "What did we learn from this, and how can we work to improve together next time?"
