Four interior decorating tips to take with you

Review the sound level and make sure that the office space has good acoustics. Digital meetings that take place at the participants' desks can cause higher noise levels and affect the ability to concentrate. With sound-absorbing desk screens, acoustic panels, textiles and plants, sound is suppressed and you create a more pleasant working environment.

Social interaction is a driving force that brings many employees to the office - how you sit, work and socialise plays a role in the interior design and work set up. Pleasant workplaces have positive effects on productivity, efficiency and create a sense of belonging. Maybe a comfortable breakout area would suit you?

Make sure that each employee has the space they need to be able to keep their distance in areas that many people use at the same time, for example in the lunchroom or around the coffee machine.

The workplace is often seen as a meeting place and the need for smaller work and meeting rooms has increased. With smaller meetings and meeting rooms, collaboration between colleagues is easier and conversations with both internal and external parties can be carried out without disturbing other colleagues.
